The new Bluewater store in Kent opened its doors last week and Ted’s recorded his grand opening event. The activity lasted all weekend with apperances from each of the shop keepers from his fictional Kent village ‘Tedbury’.

Whilst the shop keepers were offering refreshments, the newspaper boys were doing their round in the Bluewater Shopping Centre. Watch for yourself here.

Ted’s new Bluewater store opened its doors this weekend with a whole host of activity to celebrate. The store is designed around four ‘shops’ in a fictonal Kent village called Tedbury.

The four shop in Tedbury consisted of the Teas Knees tea shop; Do It Your Health apothecary; The Tailor’s Charms pub and The Well Hung Butchers. If you were lucky enough to get down to the store for the grand opening event you would encountered each of the shop keepers.

The local pub landlord was offering refreshments and the butcher was serving sweet meat-style canapés, the tea shop and apothecary owners were also offering giveaways all weekend. Customers who were eagle-eyed enough would have spotted Ted making his way round Tedbury.

If you couldn’t make it down, be sure to pick up a copy of the Tedbury Times newspaper to catch up on all the village news as well as to be in with a chance of winning a £500 shopping spree. Check out more pictures of the new Bluewater store here.

Terms & Conditions apply; see in store for details.
